I was raised not to wear jewelry. I dont believe that anymore, but I want to know why some ppl think a cocktail ring is important. Do they prove or mean something special? I hear so many ppl talking about cocktail rings and which one ( or two ) to get.

Im not used to jewelry wearing, is it a good idea to get one or no?

I really need a clean, sharp, and professional looking outfit to wear for an job interview that I REALLY want to get. The problem is......I am overweight, SO nothing looks good on me right now!! I need to loose weight, BUT I cant by the time I have my interveiw because it is less than a week away, and I need to loose forty pounds! haha!
Anyway...I am 5'2 and I weigh 165 pounds........so, Im short and chubby....and its hard to find things that look good on me! Plus...I dont have tons of money to spend, but I have a little! Where should I go, and what sorts of peices should I buy?

By free, PLEASE do not give me a site for some freebie thing. I was thinking more of "join ___, and get a free t-shirt!".

if free t-shirts are not possible, where can i find really cheap t-shirts?

i'm going to use these t-shirts for a project (aka, cutting, sewing, tying, and stuff to make something totally new), so even if a t-shirt is totally cute, i kinda want something i can cut up...so NO $10 tees.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix a small whole in a bathing suit? I don't think sewing it will work or look very good. Is there something I could buy to cover the hole, like some type of patch or something? It's a brand new swim suit and I can't belive I cut a hole in it.

I'm 13 and I got my earlobes pierced when I was about 10. I really really want to get my cartiage pierced but my mom is very anti-piercings and stuff like that. Isn't that like a guy wearing a tie with a T-shirt?

Plus, when I see someone wearing heels and jeans, the jeans are usually wide at the bottom and go all the way to the ground, so the shoes are almost completely covered. What's the point?
