Where can I get free/cheap t-shirts?

Question

By free, PLEASE do not give me a site for some freebie thing. I was thinking more of "join ___, and get a free t-shirt!".

if free t-shirts are not possible, where can i find really cheap t-shirts?

i'm going to use these t-shirts for a project (aka, cutting, sewing, tying, and stuff to make something totally new), so even if a t-shirt is totally cute, i kinda want something i can cut up...so NO $10 tees.

also, would it be better to buy the packs of 3 tees for men, or something?

raid a thrift store, go wild great prices, if you just want it for the fabric its the place to go, also try good will, salvation army, used clothing store, or raid your parents closet of the freebie shirt that you get at resorts/vacations, and then the touristy ones the i tamed the bear, i skied the mountai nyah yah yah those are good your parent must have a few, or just go through your old clothes that dont fit

Where the heck would you get a free t-shirt? lol. Go to target and buy a 3 pack of plain white "fruit of the loom" tees in the Mens section. Wetseal has a ton of tee shirts I think most of them are 2 for 10 or individually 7 something. They have just about evey color and cut for cheap. And footlocker has mens tees for 2 for 10.
