We’ve finally reached a point when a plus size gal can have fun with fashion and look great. Your choices sound a little dull. Don’t be afraid to use a splash of color to give what you have a lift. Scarves and jewelry can really give an outfit a lift.

A dress jacket or blazer is a necessary in any wardrobe. I would go with navy. Great with a matching navy skirt as a suit, or with the beige pants or jeans. Same with the pants. Black doesn’t make one look smaller. The only black items I would recommend are; a basic black dress, for daytime and cocktail wear, black shoes and handbag.

You can lighten up your look with a pretty dress and skirts. These can be worn with the jacket and still be suitable for business. The Chiffon look is in. Be sure to include a white long sleeved tailored look shirt and a silky look white shell top.

Don't buy every thing at once. Shopping sales allows you to buy better quality for less money.

A few places with style:

Another place I like, but they don’t sell on line is Dress Barn Women.

It’s important that clothes fit, not too tight or loose.

Accept yourself for who you are, stay healthy, enjoy live. Have fun looking beautiful.

humnmm.....well a loss of 20 lbs would do you good.

*correction*
my bad.
I was in your position once ( although not QUITE so large). Please be very careful with the weight you lose. I know you dont want to hear it , 85% of ppl who lose weight gain it all back within two years. Im sure you know ppl who lost weight and felt great only to gain it all back. Just be prepared. Do it, but treat it like surgery. Something very serious and important with potential of complications on the way.
I was once nearly 200lbs, slimmed down to 153 and in three years went up to 220lbs. The reaction from freinds and family was the worst, I almost wish I never lost the weight to begin with. Once ppl see that you can be thin, they hold you to this standard now. Be ready for ppl to treat you like your this completly diffrent person inside AND out. Dont let it get to your head. Be ready for Two-faced ness.
Rememeber this,

Healthy is the ONE goal, self esteem is just a by product and thin is a simple perk.

keep it in that persepctive and you sould be okay. You can and will lose the weight. And you will keep it off, come hell or high water.

just so ya know....
