If so, is it hard for you to use the nose screws? I have my nose pierced and I am having trouble with the screw...

Yes. The screws are hard, but I just untwist mine a little bit with pliers before I even try to put them in. That makes it easier for me. Also make sure you are not trying to put in one that is too small (gauge). I had that trouble when I first had mine done.

I have a very small nose ring, but it doesn't have a screw.
