I have a small waist 27 inches and larger hips 41 inches. I need a good pair of jeans. I'm taller, so I like jeans that flare, they are most flattering but I need a brand or a place I can go try jeans on but I get so frustrated when I go out shopping... I need guidance.

For the type of curves that you have, Baby Phat, House of Dereon, and Apple Bottoms makes jeans that will accommodate what you need. A good place to look of course are the manufacturer's websites, but you can also try www.drjays.com and even Ebay. You can find some really good deals on new clothing on Ebay if you take the time to search through the items that are available.

I'm thinking your best bet would be to buy a pair of jeans that have the flare that you want and fit you in the hips, then go to a tailor and have them fit the waist and everything else to fit you. That way you have custom fitted jeans.

i feel you on the curves, heres a list to try. first off get jeans that have lycra in them. lycra is stretchy and a must for curvy woman.
1) levis 2) applebottoms 3) babyphat 4) lane bryant 5) guess

got to JCPenny. i love there jeans it is the only place where i can find some(wide hips and thighs) the brand is arazona. they have jeans in short, regular, and long, sizes 0-17 they have many different styles and i know they flair and they also have boot cut.
