i'm going back to school soon and i really wanted to dye my hair. I do have afro hair so my hair black. I'm not sure about bleaching it but i you think you know any good colours that suit black please help .Thanks.

Ive been wanting to get a tattoo for a while now, but i want to get something that has meaning to me, imports my personality.. does anyone have any ideas... one things thats very important in my life is music, its what i do for a living, and one thing that saved my life...it may be listening to it writing it or playing it...another thing is writing, i love to write. i do it everyday... so i was thinking of maybe a way to combine the two, but ive just have no idea of how... does anyoen have any pictures of tats that combine the two or an idea of how to successfully combine them?

i am constantly trying new face cleansers but nothing works it just makes me break out even more. i do not have bad acne i just have black heads on my nose and a few flaws. my face gets oily as the day progresses can anyone help?? thank you! =]

Why is this? Why is it that woman shoves their feet into high heels killing their toes and i know its hard to walk in those things just to get maybe a few good looks.. or why is it that woman slip into a thong, i mean no one can honestly like wearing those right? its like a giant wedgie. Everyone picks wedgies... I get that sometimes you NEED to wear them , with skirts or tight clothing and you want to hide panty lines. but i still think its foolish.. i mean do you really care that much what people think of you?

Okay so I'm well over my teen years....Not really, I'm 20. But I used to have rather bad acne that is now gone. (yay)
Now it isn't terrible scarring, mostly they're sort of shadows of scars (like a series of small dark blemishes dotted on my face) it's easy to cover with makeup, but I'd really rather know a way to speed the healing. I would LOVE to have a fresh clear,carefree complexion....Especially as I would like to give modelling a try. It's really crushing my self esteem knowing I'm not all that without foundation. lol

An old friend of mine used to wax her legs with some stuff she and her sisters made up -- it was sugar or honey, cooked. Does anyone know where I can find the recipe? Do you have any tips for working with the honey wax?

I found some honey wax at the drugstore, but it's like $10 for a tube. I'd kind of like to make it at home. The drugstore stuff works pretty well, though. (-: Jeanne B, if you are reading this, I'd love your expert advice!

my tattoo looks like it has a layer of skin over it, it has been a little itchy but i have just been slapping it, hoping it would start to peel. is this normal? all the ink flaked off about a week ago, now theres just this layer of shiny skin over the dark petals of the tattoo....

If a girl is hot/good looking as she maybe told all the time, she has a great figure (nice round bum, big breasts), long black hair, honey brown eyes, and so on....although her one main flaw is a different nose, I mean not huge or anything but just a bit curvy at the end goes down like a beak, noticeable if you look side on, it is obvious but not hideous ...would this girl still be equally attractive to you, would you change your mind about her if you noticed her nose was a little stranger than average?

I have some really cute short sleeved blouses/dress shirts that I wear with trousers to work. Can I still wear these in the winter? Of course, I'll be wearing a winter coat and will only be in the office without the coat. It's not like it is cold indoors. But I am curious if I may get some strange looks over this! :) They aren't summery and are in year round type of colors - just mostly concerned about the sleeve length. I live in Michigan.

I've seen them in all sorts of photographs. They're somewhat normal-looking colored contacts, except the iris portion is bigger than normal, giving the person a kind of wide-eyed cartoon look.

Notice they're literally bigger in diameter. I don't really want weird cheap/scary looking colored eye contacts with cat eyes

I DO want big-diameter colored eye contacts that look semi-natural.

I just thought I'd clear that up, because they're very similar, and a lot of people have gotten confused between the two. :3

They're apparently very popular in japan. The question is, where do people get them, and can you buy them from the US? I think they're possibly the coolest colored contacts ever, and I'd love a pair.

i've looked at some of the other topics/questions on this board and none of them seem to be able to ease my apprehension about my new tattoo, so please forgive me if this question has been asked a million times...

i just got my tattoo last wednesday so i've had it for 9 days. i put antibiotic ointment on it (as my tattoo artist said) and then i switched to lotion. there has been some scabbing and i can't tell if it is healing properly. i included a link to a picture of my tattoo (it's on the back of my neck in dark brown ink). some areas of the tattoo appear to be in better shape than the rest of it (the two dots, for example) and i wanted to know if this was typical or not.

i'd really appreciate any advice!
