I manage to keep my nails long (about half to three-quarters of an inch beyond the fingertip) by:
- always wearing rubber gloves with a ball of cotton wool at each fingertip when doing household chores;
- taking MSM tablets daily;
- applying a coat of OPI Nail Envy every other day for a week, then remove all polish and start again;
- daily application of hand cream and cuticle butter;
- using rubber thimbles (the type that banking clerks use to count banknotes) on my typing fingers while typing.
I've worn my nails long since I was aged about nine (I'm now 47) and admittedly I'm now very used to them, but I never take any chances - I love my nails too much!

Stronger. I would use o.p.i. I use it and yes it strengthen nails. as far as growing them faster there is not quick product but eat jello .. for some reason gel helps them grow faster .

Your a man right by your picture you put in . so you can look for clear opi polish for strengthening. it won't show up as nail polish on you but give you a nice clean look. put it on every other day for a week. then remove it and continue putting it on once a week.

that should work for you.

Use a hand cream and massage the nails at the cuticle every night, a beauty therapist told me this but I decided to get acrylics because I couldn't get nail polish to stay on my nails!

They didn't get really strong until I started the prenatals. You cant have a period while you are pregnant. Its physically impossible as it is the shedding of the uterus. Some people get spotting during pregnancy and if they usually have irregular cycles, they mistake the spotting as a light period but you don't actually get your period. If you had a normal period, you aren't pregnant.
