We aren't allowed to wear foundation at school, but i still like to wear it anyway. How can i best apply it so it looks as natural as possible, without that fake powdery look?

Hi,i am like the rest of you ladies who detestes HAIR. I have waxed,shaved,used creams,i hate shaving cos it leaves my skin, red and pimply. What i was wanting to know was, do anyone use epilators? i mean they are painful right/? isnt that like a slow wax??? i just wanna know what is best to remove hair, creams and waxes are costly and i have made my own home made wax but it was CRAP. i am thinking about buying that epilator but before i do i would like to hear from others who may have used one. Are they worth it???? from a poor hairy female.

I'm in the market for a new bellybar. I've been told 14ct gold is the best, or if I can find anything higher than that (carot wise). I've seen some 14ct gold jewellery that I'm quite happy with, but just saw some jewellery that was 18ct gold plated. Would this be any better for my skin than the 14ct solid gold?

Also, are there any other metals that would be better than gold?

Right now it is medium brown i heard u can just tint ur hair and it comes out in 3-4 weeks is this true with black? i also heard it is a very harsh color and it is difficult to go back to natural color is this true? i only want it for a nice change will i be stuck with it 4 along time? if i only get a tint will i have to deal with roots? how hard it to get rid of? will salons stipping the color work? does it damage ur hair? should i just go with dark brown?my hair is about 3.5 inches past my shoulder so if the color screws up it will t ake a long time to grow out again. have never dyed my hair before that is why i have so many questions

I'm 15 (male), I'm not entirely sure if in the US I have to be 16 or 18 to get a tattoo. By that I mean walk into a tattoo parlor and just get one with no questions. Also, if I was to get one soon or in the far future, where do you think I should? I think it should be visible but low profile (so not like a full arm or back design) like a symbol on my neck or upper arm. I'm an artist so I would design my own tattoo...

I have several tats but the one on my upper left bicep was itchy tonight and the black ink work (it's full colored and shaded, but the irritation was primarily on the black line work) was raised and itchy. the tat is about 6 years old and healed fine, never had any problems with infection or irritation before until it started swelling and itching a few hours ago. I have a few tats but am not very knowledgeable about them and couldn't find anything like this for old tats on the net. should I be concerned?

I just got a pedicure for the first time, and I have to say it was one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time! My feet and nails are now healthy looking and I can finally wear sandals without being embarrassed. I've never indulged in any beauty treatments, such as getting a facial, nails done, etc. I not only feel a bit more confidence in terms of appearance, but I also feel like getting my nails done was a good thing in terms of health because they certainly look healthier. My question is, how can I maintain my nails and keep them looking good? How often should I go for a pedicure? I don't have a lot of money (I'm a college student), but I definitely want to keep my feet and nails in good condition. Any ideas, tips, etc.? I'd like to keep it basic and simple.

ok this girl had redish/goldeni highlights in her bangs (it was in P.E) and i saw her pull out something that look like masscara and put it on her hair and it looked kool! so i was sondering if some one knows where i can buy some i was thinking sally?!

ok, i HAVE seen a lot of girls wearing "stripper heels" around this summer for some reason and my niece who is 15 and visting me for a few weeks just bought a pair and is wearing them. i don't want to be a buzzkill, but i'm not sure how i feel about her wearing these shoes when we go to lunch / shopping. is this a style that is "ok" now?
