How hard do you think it would be to get my hair to be these colors? How would I do it?

It looks really cool, and I like it a lot. But would I buy the different shades of dye?
What would I have to buy in order to make it like this?

This is a VERY sophisticated coloring job. It would take hours to teach you how to do this. You are best to take a print out of your picture to a very experienced hairdresser and have them do it.
