i don't normally wear any lipstick at all.. but i keep buying the odd one i like and think i'll wear it one day. do you men like lipstick on a woman and do you girls out there wear it and if so, what colour and when?

If you don't need to wear make-up then don't - women who "slap" make-up on do it for a reason!
They are probably damn ugly without it!

Do you dress for what you think someone else likes or for yourself?
Wearing lipstick is your own personal preference these days, if you want to wear it then wear it, if you don't want to then don't wear it just because some man thinks that you should - although if you look at why it was developed I can understand you asking the blokes if they like it.
Lipstick was developed to make the lips look red, as though flushed through the sudden rush of blood which occurs naturally when you're sexually attracted to the opposite sex (but obviously on a more exaggerated scale!).

Lipstick huh thats a hard question...... I know alot of women who don't wear lipstick at all ever!! And then i know some who keep reapplyin it as if it where a sin not to..... I usually wear lipstick if i go out at night.... alil darker of a color cause its night time.... I usually wear lip gloss during the day unless I want to look alil more dressed up.... I'm blonde so i wear alot of pinkish colors.... red heads look good in a color with a brown or goldish color in it...and dark haired women usually wear darker colored lipsticks so they stand out more..Also note that it is a proven fact that lipstick ruins that natural color of your lips so if you are young and you don't wear lipstick you probably have a pink color to your lips and if you ever notice old ladies they have no color to their lips and that is mostly from lipstick so.... if i were you i would wear it to dress yourself up more if you have something fancy to do other wise stick with a shiney lip gloss.... hope this helps!!!

I don't wear it. I usually stick to clear lip gloss or nothing at all. If you're planning to wear lipstick - stick to a natural shade....not bright red or anything that stands out too much. (I know alot of guys prefer girls without lipstick/alot of makeup)

I wear lipstick for work and if I am out in the evening. I like Bourjois or Almay one coat and I normally stick to a pretty standard red shade.

answer from me (woman) yes i wear red lipstick, but i make sure i buy a lipstick that is inbuilt to stay on the lips or apply lipcote on top as there is nothing worse than kissing someone and leaving your lipstick behind. answer from my husband (man) it can be nice but honestly lipglosses are the devil, they come off onto us mens lips, cheeks, shirtcollars etc... and that is so NOT sexy, use the lipcote

Hi! I love any lady I go out with to wear make-up...and lip gloss is nicer than just lipstick. I like the pinker colour ones...feminine and so hot!

Lipsticks are for big women......................lip glosses are 100times better than any lipstick,they condition your lips giving it neutral look and shine. It also looks natural. If you want to apply lipstick that badly, get a colour that is not too loud for your complexion and not too much of a light shade either.

I prefer not to wear lipstick. On the odd occasion, like my daughters wedding, I wore it but because I wasn't used to it I felt uncomfortadle & self concious kept checking the mirror , thought I looked funny ended up wiping it off.

It depends on the size and shape of the mouth. I think lipstick on small lips draws attention to their size. Too big and they will look bigger! In general I don't like lipstick or too much makeup. The natural look has got to be best if you look good enough don't hide it behind cosmetics.

I love lipstick on a woman. Not too much but from soft colours to bright ones - depends on their outfit and the occasion
