Ask a professional colorist to give her "low lights." Unless you have done lots of hair color processes, giving even a passable low lighting hair coloring is very difficult.

A reverse weave,meaning,only weave parts of the blonde hair dark.

She will mess up her pretty blonde hair. And it will take a long time for it to grow back out. That would be a no no from me.
