My skin is not very spotty but it gets quite dry and rough so i moisturise twice a day with nivea cream is there anything else i can do to make it softer???

I've been getting brazillian waxing done for about 6 months now, and lately I've been getting ingrown hairs. I know it's from the hairs getting softer and not being able to break through the skin. Does anyone have any tips on how to take care of this problem.

i dont want to cut my hair because i don't want my hair short again.

and i used to straighten my hair but it's been like 4-5 months since the last time i've straightened it.

i got a straight perm so yeah. i dont have to straighten it.

but i have split ends.
how can i get rid of them without cutting it?

i either always have my hair straightened or curly, and this is how it looks.

I need a base for my eyeshadows but I can't afford them cuz they are too expensive. Is using chapstick or vaseline as a base alright? Or does anyone know a good, cheep, e/s base for around 5 bucks. lol. Yes, I'm so cheap.

i was thinking about using biosilk products but i'm wondering if it will be good. im black and cherokee indian with a lil white. my hair is wavy always at the roots and when natural or wet it curly/wavy. would biosilk be good for my hair? please give me experiences and if you have hair like mine and u use biosilk let me know if your hair turned out good.
