She has not got haircut since long time. I want her hair to be neat and a simple cut is needed. I have recently seen one girl getting her hair trimmed at the barbershop. So can I take her to the shop for a simple trim.

Is that what she wants to do?? If I were her, I would go to the salon and get her hair cut to her belly button, with bangs and layers. The barbershop is for boys and it should stay that way. Or cut it an inch under her boobs, that's a really hot cut for women!

yes, There really is not a diffrence as far as they are all licensed. But when you go to the Barber they usualy specailze in Mens hair cuts. But if a trim is all she wants then it will probly be much less at a barber shop. You can always take her to a cheaper salon like a Great Clips or something like that that is in your area. They are about 15-20 a trim.
Most women feel more comfortable going to a salon. Plus it will look like a treat to her. FYI trim the hair makes it grow faster. Also try a conditioning treatment to help with split ends and friz.

First of all I'm sorry everyone thinks your trying to force you rwife to get a hair cut. I understood your question, though, and yes she can go to a barbershop to get a trim, she doesn't have to go to a salon.

Do not take her to a barbershop, she might feel really uncomfortable and out of her elimant. And besides its her hair, and its her decision on how to keep it. Talk to her about this, its her hair not yours. Just take her to a salon where she feels comfortable and that she'll trust the hairdresser better there.

If SHE WANTS to get it cut then SHE should go to a salon and have it donated to Locks of Love. But you can't make her get her haircut.
