Best scrub ever=Sugar and olive oil. Olive oil is found in many skin-softening products, and sugar is a natural exfoliant. I would suggest making it as you need it, instead of making a large batch. Another good one is sea salt mixed in with your body wash, if you aren't wanting the moisturizing benefits of the olive oil.

regular body scrub w. 1 tbsp of sugar.. dont use to hot of water tho because it will melt the sugar

i use sugar moistened with a bit of almond oil or any other oil you like. works great and many spas charge 50 bucks or more for it.
