I am getting married in October and I've been trying to get my hair healthier. I've been keeping it trimmed, letting it air dry, etc...but I was told there may be vitamins that could help with stronger, thicker hair? Does anyone know of anything that works well?

pre-natal vitamins! even if you're not pregnant. i know of a few people who take them for healthier hair and nails when they're not pregnant. i AM pregnant, so i take them anyway and my nails grow like crazy now, and they're stronger. they used to break right off, but not anymore. my hair HAS gotten shinier looking & it seems to be growing faster, or maybe i'm just imagining things. but give them a try, they'll probably work. plus, you'll get all your vitamins and nutrients =)
