I need my hair about3x as long as it is now, but I only have a month to get it like that. So does anybody know of a formula or shampoo like that? If so what is it called and where can I get it?

I have a concert shirt but I don't like to wear it that much because I hate bulky clothes and it's a huge men's shirt. I've decided to do it, finally get a tat. I'm planning on getting a fleur de lis- the sign of french royalty. Placement on my shoulder about 2in long 2 inches wide. I know the pain "depends" I do hate needles for the simple fact that the nurses can never find my vein. Other than that not really scared. I wanted to know what some people might compare the pain to. What should I expect?
