I prefer hair that is shoulder length or longer, And also since that men who like ladies are more often then not directly, they like long hair because it looks more feminine, as most guys have short hair.

well you should get it layered. but if you have semi-thin hair. then get it cut to a little shorter than your shoulder and keep the side bangs. my friend did it and she looks so adorable.
