don't waste your time or money. I am a senior so I know everything about high school. I really wouldn't be showing to much girls and guys will call you a $LUT sorry but its true. You can wear shorts I really wouldn't recommend the short jean skirt its going out of style. Okay so you wanna look cute but for cheap. okay lets see
Forever 21 is good just go the sales and Clarance rack you will find really cute stuff for cheap.
Von Maur really expensive but sale you get a 50 dollar shirt for 5 or 10 bucks.
Just shop around and you will find clothing.
I hope you don't think high school will be like the movies b/c that's all lies. Just make sure you do well in school and keep ur grades up so you won't screw yourself over its really hard to get ur GPA up.
Hope I helped! Have fun being a freshmen! God I would never wanna do that again!

I would suggest you not spend all your $$ right away. Wait and see what high schoolers are wearing this year. Nothing is worse than believing all the "back-to-school" sales, buying a bunch of stuff and then find out the "stuff" you bought isn't so "in" after all.
I would also suggest that when you are ready to buy, it seems that new tops just make you feel good. You can wear the same old jeans, but paired up with a new top, ya just feel better. (What I mean is, buy more tops than pants since you are limited.)
Don't you feel bad at all about only having $100. for clothes. Its all in how you carry yourself (self-confidence). You stand proud in whatever clothes you have. Character & integrity are far more important than what you put on your body.

ok,u might not like this answer but it's the cheapest way and you'll still look great. Shop at Goodwill, Salvation Army, and other second hand stores. For $100.00 you could buy 2 or 3 new wardrobes especially when they're having a sale. A lot of times you can find things still with the tag on from dept. stores. That's where I shop and I am always getting compliments on my clothes and I like to shop for cute and trendy clothes. Give it a chance, U won't be disappointed

Have you tried thrift stores?
A lot of thrift stores have really cool clothes in current styles for really cheap.
We are buying up those pretty flower print shirts for my daughter now for when she is grown-up girl. You can also buy some great purses, jewelry, and other stuff that's still good quality for really cheap.
Goodwill tends to have the best clothing. Salvation Army has good books. Some thrift stores even offer 50% off days. Shop around and have some fun. Sometimes it's like a bargain hunt...

don't show to much cleavage and wear short skirts because in high school especially as a freshman guys will get an impression of you that you wont want then to have and girls will start saying stuff that might not be true about you but as for clothes for less try aeropostale they have cute tops with a little bit of cleavage for good prices

You should so go to Target or Forever 21 or rue21 or wetseal even though they are a little more expensive, you can get good deals but I think forever21 would be a great pick for you. It is very new and they definitely have the best stuff. Target is the bomb too, they always have modern things good luck!

Forever 21 is pretty cute... I don't know about all of the provocative stuff but they're pretty cheap. I was passing by JCPenney today and there were signs in the Juniors section for 60% off.

oldnavy, american eagle, charlotte russe, aeropostale, jcpenney, sears, kohls and target. Also don't forget to look at the clearance racks.
As a side note: You don't need to look trashy to be fashionable and you don't need to show a lot of skin to be fashionable. Coco Chanel (one of the most famous designers off all time) once said, "A girl should be two things:Classy and Fabulous."
I'll leave you with that thought...but have fun shopping and i hope you get all yoou need!!!

well, if you can shop like **I** know how to, you could hit some consignment shops and get amazing deals. you have to have the patience to look around and find things that fit your body and your style, but it can be worth it. once i found a dress that still had bloomingdale's tags on it ... original price $222... i bought it for $6.50. best part is it fit perfectly and looked great, and suited my personality perfectly. so if you find consignment and thrift stores (especially the ones in the more wealthy communities) you're likely to find some great deals. also try macy's clearance racks. you can find some great designer stuff for seriously low prices (bought a pair of angel's jeans there for $5.00 once...)
good luck!!! hope my advice helps!!

LOL you can't buy a thing with 100 dollars. And whoever said A&F or Hollister they are retards because that is like one outfit there that cost that much. My advice is GET A JOB or beg mom and dad for more and get some hot clothes if you want the attention.
