Since you only have a few days...your best best might be a toothpaste (applied ONLY on the pimples).

Use neutrogena advanced solutions from Wal Mart i use the same thing it works overnight,or use zeno from walgreens my brother uses that he does not have pimples anymore he put it on before he went to sleep and by morning the pimpie was gone!!

A dermatologist should do a quick fix...mine did, but in the long run...proactiv worked the best for me. It does have things for fast help. It cleared me right up.

Wash your face with face soap and very hot water, then put on a face mask and leave on for 10-15 minutes. after removing mask use a steamer then they should reduce in size and become less red.
