I believe the hottest one right now has to be Rihanna's hair cut. Its prefect for the summer with it being short and off the shoulders. Its sexy and flirty, like I said the best.

It really, really does depend on your face shape, and size and everything. But lately, the sideswept bangs look has been very popular, so you may want to try that?
And the choppy layers. That's hot too. x]

it definately depends on your face but i would say that a cut with a frame in the front and slight layers on the sides/ back is basically a universally hot hair cut.
