well im 13 recently started my period i dont get many zits but ive been getting a loton my head! how do i keep them from going there? they hurt and its not like i can use face cleaner in my hair! i wash my hair daily so im not like dirty but i dont wash it too much

i have very long legs, i have heard that people with such long legs are supposed to cross their legs, because their legs are meant for crossing. i usually cross my legs because its comfortable, but i do not always think about doing it. is this true and should i always cross my legs? would you reccommend this?

I have had these for years and just found the container a day or so ago and they worked GREAT but I can't find them anywhere does anyone know where I can get them or if they have heard of them the case they come in is clear and says
Pro Vitamin Instant repair Hair treatment capsules repairs damaged hair
It is a circle container and the capsules are purple see through w/ the juice or whatever inside and they are shaped like a fishes body and tail fins ( that is the only way I can think to descibe them sorry)

My hair is naturally dark brown i was coloring it Jet Black for a long time and its grown out alot. I would like to color it Hoeny Blonde by Dark & Lovely but I don't know if i should cut it before or after i color. I'm an electrician on farms and I cant ever seem to get rid of smelling like cows!! Any suggestions as to what kind of soap might work the best or if there is something specific for this problem?
