Noxema worked for my sister who had really bad acne, but you should take him to dermatoligest. But I will worn you that most tretments take time, and you should not switch from product to product, it could have bad chemicail reaction! So before trying anything new you should wait one to two weeks. Stop eating chocolate might help, but it may not do anything!!!! I was a huge chocolate lover, and I never had an acne problem.

well good luck to your son. God Bless you and your family!!

There is this. http://cgarcia1.qhealthbeauty.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=701940
Acne isn't cause by age or the food you eat. factors are 1-a hormone change that causes an increase in the production of excess oil from the glands. 2- the release of increased numbers of dead skin cells resulting in clogged pores.
3- an increased in the amount of bacteria building up deep in the pores. 4-and an inflammation caused by the buildup of bacteria. One of the best ways to treat acne is to kill the bacteria that cause inflammation and clogged pores. Acne bacteria thrives in an environment without oxygen and die when exposed to oxygen. With the right combination of formula and molecules that are small enough to carry oxygen deep into your pores you can destroy the bacteria before they cause acne. Prevention is the key to clear skin.

If it's really bad, it could be an allergic reaction to something. Chocolate is a general conclusion but you should try going to an allergist to see if there are other foods that he is sensitive too.
