how can i be preppy? if you are preppy any tips on clothes, personality and the whole package????

i'm not a poser i just love preppy style but i'm totally clueless and i wouldnt mind some advice from other preppy people. :)

Shop at stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, wear lots of pink, and wear layered clothes and skirts. There really isn't a specific way to act.................just kinda cheerful and peppy. The key to being preppy is being very girly. Just be yourself.

Some preppy outfits are - Crocks with plaid bremuda shorts with a tank under a ralph lauren polo with hair in a side pony tail adn a headband or possibly a ribbion. clogs with those open backs that have dif. colors. with a jean skirt and a matching polo

Layered shirts, skirts, bangs, polos, ribbons in your hair are all very preppy. As for personality, very happy and fun. Social and likes to do things in groups.

i'm sure you know the stores to shop at for preppy clothes, but remember a true prep mostly dresses conservatively and leaves something to the imagination. also, they never swear or are crude, and they are very polite.
