u should look up piercing places go visit to see if its a clean environment observe if they clean the ppl utensils and everything,(it should look ike a dentist office)they shouldnt be that expensive depending on where u go!

If you mean your belly button check out the price at the piercing shops. Don't try to go cheap and do it yourself or friend. This is your body. you don;t want to screw it up. Use a profesional.
