my mom is late 70's. tends to have alot of facial hair, she got a rash and was under dr care. now the hair is bad, what cani use on her to make it go away that is safe and wont harm skin?

If she had a rash i wouldnt use anything honestly i wax at my salon and we wont use any dipilatory hair removers if your skin is any sort of sensative... The face is very very sensative and if you use any hair removers she might break out they are to harsh.. and if you wax she might also break out but i think its safer than using hair removers.. please make sure if she has it waxed to tell them to pull the skin taught so that there is no room for error if you have any questions feel free to email me!!
