i've heard a myth that hair clippers screw up your hair if you cut it too low or something like that....

i kinda believe this now as it is happening to me, i normally get a fade with 1 on top and 0 in the back (0 meaning bald)... and ive been growing my hair for about 7 months now, its about 5 inches.... its straight on top with slight waves (where when i get a fade i only go to about a 1) and on the sides and back of my head (where i would normally do a 0 or bald) its really dry, uncontrollable, wavy, curly, frizzy, afro-y... its basically ruined where i get it buzzed at 0 or bald..... so is there any way i can fix this? (get my hair cut with scissors?) or is there ANY solution that i can get the sides/back of my head in sync with the top, but not cut it all off because i want to grow all of it out, but i dont want the top to be nice ,and the sides all retarded looking.....

Hey- well iv been dying my hjair for a long time. i had it red for 2 years, then black. didnt like it. stripped it out. dyed it red again. hated it after a while. dyed it brown. kept it for about 5 monrhs. stripped it, dyed it blonde. hated it, dyed it brown. 1 week later dyed it a darker brown and yesterday i dyed it mahogany only it went RED again and i HATE red!!! its slitely orange at the bottom too and my hair is awfully dry and coarse!!!

If id yed it one last time later, dark brown, and used wax tratments in my hair and didnt dye it again for like, months, wud it be ok?!!

What are the rules for matching ties to shirts? Most of my shirts are fitted but, I have never had to wear ties with them. Most shirts have patterns or stripes. Should I pick out ties that are solid for striped shirts? Do I try to find a color that is in the shirt and try to bring it out or are they not supossed to match exactly? I just got a new job and have to start wearing ties. THANK YOU!

Ok I've got lots of tattoo on my right arm, but they were done one by one and don't blend well. There 3 skulls melted together on the front part of the shoulder where meets the arm, a grim reaper under that, a skull in water with a reflection of the skull in the water on my bicept, a wizard throwing a skull into a boiling water pot on my tricept and a skull band around my bicept under the grim reaper and the skull reflection. Any suggestions on what should be applied to make all this go together well?

I have very dark brown hair, and brown eyes with a little bit of green, so hazel-ish. My skin is very, very light & fair. I have indian features though. im 1/8 indian. I need to get a new pageant dress, but I dont know what color would best compliment my skin tone and facial features.

I have really bad allergies and during the allergy season my contacts seem to dry up in my eyes. They get really dry so they stick to my eyelid and they get lifted up and down as I blink. Making it really hard to see. Does anyone know how to make my contacts stop sliding up? I do use those refresher things for contacts but they dont really work, only for a minute or 2. please help! thanks
