He has gray hairs due to heredity...So someone in the family had gray hairs at an early age. My oldest brother had gray hair at 17, my uncle got them at some age, anyway he is 24 now, and shaves his head due to gray hair He's had a bald head for years now. Thankfully, this is more common for guys! If he wants to get those hairs, go for it! I mean, he'll see more growing on top of eachother eventually....if he doesn't..but if he does, than there will still be alot ready to pop out at ya.

Plucking it out will not do any good.

Many people have gray hair as a result of heredity. It runs if families, like mine. Eventually it will all turn gray. There is no sense in pulling out all of your hair.

It is a curse some of us have to live with.

whatever HE feels more comfortable with, grey hair at his age is rare but it is normal, taylor hicks from american idol got his grey hair at a young age 2 but he felt comfortable with it so he kept it, ur bro can pluck it, die it or leave it, whatevr HE wants 2 do, so instead of asking us u should ask him
