I have really bad allergies and during the allergy season my contacts seem to dry up in my eyes. They get really dry so they stick to my eyelid and they get lifted up and down as I blink. Making it really hard to see. Does anyone know how to make my contacts stop sliding up? I do use those refresher things for contacts but they dont really work, only for a minute or 2. please help! thanks

I do take allergy medicine and I put in eye drops to keep my eyes from getting itchy. And I have been using this brand of contacts for a while now and its only during the allergy season when they irritate my eyes.

First of all, do something about the allergies. Talk to your doctor about what you should take, whether it be clariton, allegra, whatever. It's bad for your eyes if they stick to your eyelid and you keep messing with your eyes. Try ReNu - it's pretty good. You should wear glasses for a week or two to alleviate the irritation.

Try putting in eye drops that are designed for contacts or use a different solution.

you have the wrong kind of contacts, you need a water based contact like acuvue with hydroclear, also..when they move..you have them in the wrong way.
