Always seems like just get up from my bed although i've bathed twice.?

What should i do to make my eyes and face seems fresher?

I dont like make up too much. Usually i just put powder on my face and lip gloss sometimes.

Anyone...? thx

Cucumber slice on the eyes, or Preparation H cream for puffiness.

eye cream will do and stick with your makeup routine that is great.
