I just bit my fake nail i got at the salon and it cracked it down the middle should i try to pry it off? It does open up like a cut would if you spread it apart.

Wrap medical tape around it until you can get back to the salon for repair. If you don't have that, use band-aids. If you bump it on things and it hurts, use toenail clippers to cut it back as far as you can. The salon can lengthen it again.

If it's cracked but not peeling away from your artificial nail then I would just wait until you can get back to the salon for a repair. If you've cut your real nail along with it you need some antiseptic to put on there for right now and then get that acrylic off as soon as possible. If you're real nail is cut do not try to peel off the acrylic anyway. Use antiseptic and a band-aid until the manicurist can remove it properly.

First put some alcohol on it to make sure it's
disinfected. Then take a hair drier and dry it
really well. When it's completely dry , use a
superglue to glue it - just put a drop of glue in
the crack and hold it together. DO NOT PRY
IT OFF! You can really hurt your nail bed.
