I saw this picture and realized how bad my hair looks! I need to do something with my bangs and get layers and a trim. Any advice/ideas??

I Have A Medium Shag(Shaggy Hair). My is pretty normal and Healthy. I Just want a shampoo that works best to leave good results on your hair. currently im using mane/tail shampoo + conditioner and its been working fine. it leaves my hair shiny and manegeable. and i think it also helps promote hair growth, so my hair must be growing faster. Ive asked several people and everyone uses diffrent shampoos so i cant decide. what shampoo and conditioner works the best giving you optimal results. What kind do you use. THanks ART

Ok, so I'm a 23 year old female who graduated high school 5 years ago. I generally wear black t-shirts with either band names or dark designs on them, my studded belt, jeans and black vans. It's how I have always dressed. I was invited by my old health class teacher to speak to his class about being a nurse, I was just wondering if I should wear what I normally wear, or should I wear something different?Anyways, I'm worried his class (all girls) are gonna be the typical brats that high school girls normally are and make fun of what I'm wearing. I know, I shouldn't worry cause I'm older than them and who cares what they think, but I can't help it, I've always been really shy and self-conscious. What do you think??

ok on friday i have an 8thgrade end of the year/graduation dance. It will be off campus at a highschool so it should be pretty nice, it starts at 7:00 & ends at 10:00.
my hair is about 2inches past my shoulders, has dark brown underneith, im wearing a spegetti strap dress that is polka-dotted.

I tend to be a fainter when it comes to needles, blood etc. I have a tat all designed that I've wanted to get forever, and now I'm actually getting around to having it done, I'm a little worried about the whole fainting thing. so my eighteenth bday is coming up soonish and i really want to get my nose pierced then. problem is, the place that i work at, won't allow it. they said that i can have my nose pierced just as long as the nose ring is out when i'm at work. can i get it pierced and take it out for work, or do i have to leave it in for a certain amount of time?? i'd be getting it done on a friday, so i could leave it in all weekend, but i'd have to take it out for four hours each day starting that monday...
