It really depeds on what type of dress you are looking for. But, Macy's has a wide variaty, and very cute Spring dresses.

this might sound a little weird, but try victoria's secret. they have some super cute stuff in the "Pink" section.

depends what kinda dresses.. i've ordered a few from debshops.com.. they have nice prom and cocktail dresses
