i dyed my blonde highlighted hair almost black a few weeks ago. I am trying to get it back blonde and yesterday used 12%peroxide mixed with wella extra light beige blonde semi perm coloour, 2parts bleach to 1 of color. Its gone orange at roots and the dark brown dye has lifted to light brown. Can i put bleach on on its own all over or do i need to mix it with a colour?Can i use it again today or tomorrow?

Lost a bet, so my girlfriend has chosen to take me to a dance dressed as a girl. Truth be told, I look very good when "dressed" - she doesn't know it, but I've been "out" before. I told her that if she makes me do this, I want to dress sexy. Maybe she is bluffing, but she is acting like she is really into it - wants to go shopping tonight (the dance is friday) and make a beauty shop appoinment for me on friday. I'm 5'8", around 145 lbs. What should I wear and how "far" should I go - dressing and w/the guys?

My 12 year old daughter is in middle school and all she wants to wear are ugly jeans and wrecked or ruined black old 80's concert shirts to school. Is this just a phase and she will grow out of it? In the 80's only the stoner dudes wore those. She isn't a stoner at all. She thinks she is a skater chick. It is so ugly. She is cute and skinny and blonde with green eyes. Why oh why does she wear the uglies clothes? Do you have any suggestions or does your 12 year old dress like that too?

I got a very cute headband the other day but when I wear it, it pinches my head to the point where it ends up being very achey and I had to take it off (like when you wear sunglasses that are too tight).

I don't like to put chemicals on my face, so definitely needs to be 100% natural ingredients. I am looking for a concealer to hide some scars and then a powder to keep it light and natural. I wear Autumn in jane iredale and mix medium beige/medium tan with bare escentuals and with sue devitt i'm great sandy dessert. Any thoughts?! Thanks!

I permed my hair about 6 months ago and now i want my straight hair back! is there any way to help the perm fall out? my roots have grown out and now i have 1/2 straight 1/2 curly hair! I dont want to "relax" it..the chemicals from the first perm dryed it and i dont want to over process it. Is there any natural way to "get rid" of my perm?

Where do you work that allows you to have visable tattoos? I'm in sales and technically I'm not allowed to wear my tongue or nose ring but I don't take them out, much less have any visable tats. They would really fire me for that.
