Korean tattoo artist in Philadelphia or DC?

I need a tattoo artist in Philly or DC metro areas who know Korean (whether they ARE Korean or not doesn't matter much). I just don't want someone who doesn't know Korean to do this tattoo.

Edit: I actually am Korean, hence why I want this in hangul. I need an artist who knows the language because s/he will know what it's supposed to look like, instead of the word being some arbitrary lines that mean nothing. I had one tattoo ****** up by an artist who didn't care what it was supposed to look like and I'm not repeating that mistake.

i assume you want some kind of korean lettering then? is there a reason you want that if you don't know what it says or know anybody who can translate it for you? my first tattoo was in korean, i had a friend who translated what i wanted, but i would advise going a different route.
