i have tons of split ends my hair is not that soft what do i do???

So i got my hair half permed and half body waved over the summer..and i definitly liked it..because when you get out of the shower its SO EASY. well anyways i like it and plus i can also straighten it if i want...but i need help deciding if i want to get a perm/body wave again because its at the dull point wher its half wavy half straight...sooooo i just want opinions!

Right now I have my lip, conch, and neck pierced. I used to have my ears stretched to double zeros but they got infected so i took them out :(. I want a new piercing...??? OR i was thinking of getting a tattoo on the inside of my lip...suggestions?

I would really appreciated if you guys could tell me what I could do to get rid of them. Now my face looks horrible they're like a bunch of little scars. I have gone to the drug store but they don't really seem to have anything for it. Or maybe im not looking in the right place. so if you give me brand names or home treatments anything would work. It's about waist length, a weird color between dark blonde and light brown, flat, baby fine, and very straight. So it does nothing, and lots of haircuts don't work. What can I do with it???

Well... Let us start at the begining


I had got my hair dyed a deep vibrant blue, I have had if for about 2 months ans its still blue but in some parts orange and green. (my natural hair color is black). I liked the color of my hair when we bleached it.
The problem is my parents hate the bleach, They dont belive if you use an extra protein condisoner it will be all right. The point is, Its winter where I am I cant sun bleach it. I want to get it blond (bleach blond)
Should I wait till summer (3 months) and use the lemon bleach ting? Or what?

I got bangs on Saturday, and I've broken out really bad on my forehead. I've been washing my face with oil-free acne wash, using an ance cream with salycylic acid (and another one with benzoyl peroxide) and using astringent occasionally, and yet I'm still breaking out. I wash my hair every day.
Also, I have wavy hair, and I've been straightening my bangs every day. Last night, I left my straightener at my friend's house, and I NEED to wash my hair tonight. Do you think I'll look ok with wavy bangs?

Ok, so I am 13, and I have *HORRIBLE* bags under my eyes. The latest I usually get to sleep is 11 p.m., and it doesn't happen too often, I try to eat really healthy, and I am an athlete. I don't do drugs, drink alcahol, and all that junk. Can anyone recomend creams, or home treatments that might help me??
