I would really appreciated if you guys could tell me what I could do to get rid of them. Now my face looks horrible they're like a bunch of little scars. I have gone to the drug store but they don't really seem to have anything for it. Or maybe im not looking in the right place. so if you give me brand names or home treatments anything would work. Well thank you for ur time and well I really hope u could help me out : )

Hi: You did not say how old you are or if you are black, Caucasian or other. I am assuming that you might be in your late teens or early 20's? You also did not say if you live in a cold climate? I am going to assume that you do and that being the case, this winter has been extremely harsh on most skin types, especially if you have dry skin. Do not use anything that is going to be drying on your skin. Wash your face once each day with a mild cleanser like Spectro Jel and use a lotion or cream for Sensitive Skin to moisturize. There are two on the market that I would suggest. Oil of Olay for Sensitive Skin or Dove Lotion for Sensitive Skin. Both of these products are 100% oil and fragrance-free and are hypo allergenic. They have also been tested by a dermatologist and are both very reasonably priced - under $10. You could also try using a gentle exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells but be very careful not to rub too hard. Try Nivea Visage Gentle Cleansing Cream Skin Balance Formula. If cost is not an issue, try some Vitamin C capsules or Vitamin E and put this on the scars. Keep your hands away from your face as much as possible. After you have applied your moisturizer, you can apply a little cover-up to hide the scars and this will give you more confidence. Hopefully the scars will disappear in time? Remember to always remove your makeup before going to bed, wear sun screen when you go outside and drink lots of water to keep your skin looking healthy. Good luck.

I had the same problem last year, and I thought it was going to be a problem that I had to live with! But I decided to try using Nivea cream on my face every night. I layered it on thickly, put my hair back, and went to sleep. I noticed each morning there were improvements. After about 2-3 weeks my face was in better condition than before and the little scars and marks were gone.

I really recommend it!

I brake out every winter....I guess my skin doesnt like the cold. Either way, I have to deal with pimple marks every winter and I have found that Aveeno works the best. There are several aveeno products, but this one is made for acne.
It is a lotion, with salisylic acid in it, and made for clearing post-acne marks. It comes in a long skinny green tube and found at walmart, walgreens, etc. Really easy to find and it usually cost around $15.
The lotion isnt drying and it does its job!

Retinal A
It's only prescribed by a Doc...but it WORKS.
my nephew went to the doc 4 his pimples and when he put that stuff on...it peels the top layer of the skin off......you have to really be careful....it burns the skin.

It's actually for older women to peel the dead skin off...to beautiful new skin...my nephew found it so his mama had to get him some....
