what hair-length and color is good for my skin tone and body type?

i have cristina milian's or beyonce's skin tone....

what color should i do

im 5'1 (yes im short) and i learned on Americas Next Top Model that short girls should have shorter hair, so u wont look so short. My hair is like Nelly Furtado's on her "say it right video" with her straight accross bangs. i need to do something new!!!!

I think you should look at pictures of Beyonce-and other actresses with that skin tone-and see which colors you like the best on them. I think that darker hair colors would be best, but stay away from red tones. try caramel-brown colors. maybe soft caramel undertones. You should also see which styles you like the best. I don't theink you should have REALLY short hair, but maybe right above the shoulders. longer hair would probably overwhelm your body and make you look even shorter than you already are -- but remeber, being short isn't a bad thing. and, by the way, bangs are in style now, just try doing something else with them.
