I was in a park and a car full of younguns drove up and started gving each other tattoos with a needle. They even offered to give me one, but I declined. Now I'm curious about the exact technique.

I'm only a pre teen so i don't really do crazy things, but I alwayz leave my hair down, and I need some good hair styles to work with.
I have brown hair with blond highlights and the lenght is a 1 or 2 inches longer than my shoulders and it's layered. If anyone has some good hair styles they'd like to share give me some instructions for the style or some tips. Thanx!

Now I have grown out my hair before but because of my decision to join the health-care profession I had to cut it which was a bad mistake because soon after I experienced hairloss and my hair line starting to run track faster that Marion Jones. Now I am not completely bald but my hair is thinning out in the front around the hair line and in the center of my scalp but I have decided to grow it again. I was considering getting the comb twist thing done in my hair but I wanted to ask you guys what would be the optimal length to have the comb twist done in your hair and would thinning hair be a problem with having the style done or is it all about length? Please respond to this. I would like the hair done for my graduation in June so should I continue to grow to get it done or cut it and rock the bald look?

First off, I have REALLY thick brown hair. I'm white (didnt know if that would help...) Its curly and frizzy unless I put it up. But when I put it up I dont like the way it makes my face look. Even when I put it in braids or low pigtails it frizzes. About 2-3 inches at the top of my hair are straightish. Whenever I put it down I frizz really bad. When I straighten it it looks better but soon, I have a bunch of flyaways and frizz. I really like it down except for that.

Any hair ideas?

My hair goes to about to my elbow. Its black, no bangs, slightly wavy. When should i brush my hair? And how often? My hair gets tangelled very easily. help with that 2 plz. I try to wash my hair every other day, but i usually only wash it every 3 days. I dont blow-dry or use curling irons, just a towel. I comb my hair when its wet with my normal comb, is this a miskate?

i wear my eyeliner "arabic" style, like black all around the eye and pointed just a bit outward, and bwt it doesn;t look gothic. not always, but once or twice my friend asked me why i do it like that...how do i say that it's more of a tradition (that look) rather than just a makeup style? i dont want to sound cheesy and i want to keep the answer short! dunno how though. tips?my mom is moroccan and i got it from her...i also have pale skin so it adds to the look kind of u know...thanks!
