It's about waist length, a weird color between dark blonde and light brown, flat, baby fine, and very straight. So it does nothing, and lots of haircuts don't work. What can I do with it???

make it shiny and beautiful and try new up-dos with it. or cut of 10 inches for charity. Or bangs.

First of all.. If you have fine hair, it is a really bad idea to have it waist length. Try going for a cute short do, my mate has the nicest little layered bob with feathered layers and it just really suits her and her wispy hair.
Also, textured streaks give dull hair more dimension. Try going with honey, light brown and a nice chocotate brown. Red is also really sexy thrown in there!
If you like it a little long, try just below your shoulders and add long layers. This will give the illusion of body :)

The longer your hair is, the more flat it will look--especially if it is fine and straight. Sure--long hair is romantic, but most girls look best wtih hair styles that flatter their face. And if your hair is too long, then it does nothing for your face. Find a photo of a haircut that you like. Be sure that the model's hair type is similar to yours. And IMPORTANT--keep up with your haircuts so that they don't get overgrown and start to look bad again.

have you ever tried a perm? not a crinky 80's perm but maybe just a perm to give it some volume..if it is waist length in my opinion it needs to be cut....but thats my opinion....or you could go to a hair show and let them do all sorts of up-dos with you..that could be fun.
a perm will also lighten your hair, since you don't like the color..the color you described does sound very drab, so if you don't perm at least color it.

mine was too till i got it cut almost a foot longer than shoulder length and got it layered you could also if u want it more blonde use one of those spay things that makes your hair lighter when your in the sun (all this worked for me)

i would cut it. Maybe do some side swept bangs. But definatley cut it. Long hair like that can give you split ends.And maybe dye it a different color. Glad to help! :]]

if you like short hair do light brown hair with blonde highlights
if you like medeum hair do light blonde with dark blonde lowlights

layer it, put highlights, or just curl it (or find a way to make it wavy)....try doing fun stuff with ur hair....u could also try cutting it short for a change but not too short.

Chances are you'll look fresher, more interesting, and it will be less maintenance if you cut it short and maybe throw some body into it with layering or body wave...
