The best part about that look is that there are no hard and fast rules to making it happen. Bumble and bumble Surf Spray is the magic potion. It will typically look better on hair that hasn't been freshly washed. Mist on Surf Spray and scrunch dry whatever natural texture you have with a cool dryer setting on low.

i've heard from one of my other questions that you mix water and salt and you put it in your hair. I don't know maybe someone could elaborate on that
