I am directing this question mostly to people who actually shave their head or know someone who does. I have been shaving my head for a good seven months or so now, and I have not been able to find a solution to clear up this irritation I get on the back of my neck, right where the head and neck joins. It's kind of like a rash with bumps, sometimes even producing whiteheads. This skin ONLY gets irritated on the neck area; no where else on my head breaks out. I have done everything I have read to try and prevent this, but nothing seems to work. I have used over-the-counter razor bump treatments, I used Aloe Vera gel everyday, I have tried using face cleanser on it, I bought a whole line of Neutrogena for men razor creams and skin healers, but NOTHING works. I always use a fresh, sharp razor, I shave most often in the shower under warm water, and I use shaving gel for sensitive skin. My head would look perfect if not for that redness on the neck. Anyone who can help I'd appreciate it.

II have really thin hair im a teenager. so its not that im loosing it at the moment or anything. I always get those comments saying 'aww i love your hair its so thin' and the odd snigger behind my back I hate it. Does anyone know any diets I coudlnt stick to for thicker hair or products? thanks

i just found out that my best friend has been cutting herself for a long time.she says she sees a counseler but they dont know about it. Her parents cannot find out or she will get in a LOT of trouble. it terrifys me and i dont know what to do. Please help?

i really cannot tell her parents. you dont know them, they will be really angry, her brother had the same problem a few years ago and he was kicked out of the house

I have oiliy skin. Some foundations however dry my skin out the one im using at the moment is maybelline 'ever so fresh' after about a hour of putting my foundation on it looks melted and really shiny it looks really awful. does anyone know any good foundation for my skin ?

I know this is off-the-wall and haircuts are hard to describe in words, but I saw one yesterday that really impressed me. (Actually, at my age, anyone with a full head of hair who doesn't just chop it off impresses me). This was a young guy (19?) with a regular short haircut (not shaved, just thick and short), but with a Mohawk on top leading down to a braid design in the back. I don't know how the braid was done. Really unique, I think.
