tan or pale skin? brown or blue eyes?

There is no better! It is all in how you perceive yourself. I have extremely pale skin (get me in the sun for 20 minutes, and I turn into a beet), and blue eyes. It works for me, because that is what I am to look like.
We all want to look different, for instance, I use self tanner occasionally, but sometimes au natural is the best look!

Tanned skin is "in" now, and most people tend to like it better. It only looks decent really if it's natural though. So many pale-complected people are trying to get dark tans nowadays and it either clashes with their features, or they can't tan and end up looking sunburned. I personally like brown eyes, but then again I'm a bit biased. ;)

Tan always seems to cover alot of flaws and makes the skin look smoother. And Blue and brown eyes both look great to me/

in my opinion tan with blue eyes would be like 'WOW' ! even without anymake up!
pale with brown eyes, is good! but blusher would be an essential in this case!
pale with blue eyes needs colorful makeup :-) like pink and purple eye shadow, pastel blusher and dark lipstick{not very dark tho}
and tan with brown eyes may need a special kinda make up to look awesome!
i have brown eyes myself, and my skin is niether pale nor tan, sometimes i tan my face skin by some dark cream powder, apply light concealer under my eyes with dark brown blusher on my cheeks, golden eyeshadow with black eyeliner, and a star lip gloss! sometimes darken all around my eye with black shadow, it's sometimes TOO MUCH but it's special and expresses the color of my eyes!

But after all i should say all of them are NICE, every look has the beauties of its own , all you need to do in to express them!

you cant choose the colour of eyes...... thats not possible and colour contacts are expensive.
tanned or pale skin is down to preference. I like my pale skin but my best mate is only happy when she looks like she's been in the oven on gas mark 6 for 5 hours..... it's totally up to you!

Everyone is different brown eyes suit some people and blue eyes suit others and so on....

tanned skin is always better, but eye color it doesnt matter..
