In Pennsylvania it is freezing. Can anyone recommend some overcoats that will look good with my sportcoat and sweater or skinny tie look?

is there a really good conditioner to help with breakage? I've been bleaching my hair for ten years now. I'm not going to stop I love having blonde hair. but some pieces will not get passed my shoulders! I used to think my hair just wasn't growing but there is always re growth so what is a good conditioner to put on the ends to stop hair breakage?

Here's the deal: I wax my upper lip about every week, and there is no hair there, yet it LOOKS like it does. My upper lip is lighter than the rest of my face and it looks as if I hadn't done anything. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem?

Always, during the winter months, my hands get really chapped, cracked skin, they even bleed at times. I put lotion on them, and these dry skin lotions, but the chap always comes back. I'm don't do drugs, or smoke, so are there any solutions that anybody knows of to keep skin soft and mosturized, without having to keep reappliying lotion?
