Here's the deal: I wax my upper lip about every week, and there is no hair there, yet it LOOKS like it does. My upper lip is lighter than the rest of my face and it looks as if I hadn't done anything. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem?

I know! But in my case, my upper lip seems to be darker than the rest of my face...

Maybe you should try using a bit of conceiler on your upper lip to darken it and make it match the rest of your face. Good luck honey!

You can fix just about everything with concealer. Use a darker shade of concealer on your upper lip than on the rest of your face.

Also using bronzer on the area, as well as across your forehead and on your cheeks should even out your colouring.

Answer to question: If there's no hair there, quit worrying. But maybe it looks lighter because you wax it so much.

You seem really immature...Especially since you didn't even use proper grammar. Let's not turn this into a war, I just wanted to reply to your answer, but I could not since you neither allow e-mail or IM.

you say it looks lighter, you can blend it in with blush.. as of for the hair... idk... don't wax it if there isn't any hair.
