I always wondered this too. I have them but I always notice girls who don't. I don't have an answer so I'll keep looking on here til someone gives us one.

every one does because of thier bone structure. the thing about girls is that our fat goes into our chests and breasts instead of throut our stomaches. it's easier to see on girls because of that.

not all girls do, it's genetic.
fat girls may or may not have them but you can't see the dents cuz of the fat...
