well i know that my wife manages a salon/spa and the owner put about $300 000 in to the salon to get it up and running in a posh part of town....so question # 1 has a lot of cost to it

# 2 has a lot of perks to it depending where you live i know that in Ontario Canada we can write off a lot of different expenses on your income taxes by having a business from home the only problem is making sure that you clientele is comfortable coming in to you home and that they get the same treatment they would get in a salon atmosphere.

#3 you are looking a lot of added cost IE. building permits and construction costs.....everything up to the proper building codes not only that you have to look if you can get the zoning changed to allow commercial/residential

If it were up to me i would say run you salon out of you home it is easier to cook your books a little and you could incorporate the renovations in to the cost of your mortgage

Ok 1. yes it might be costly but haveing access to a salon down town gives you the edge because your are in an area that has "high traffic" and remeber location, location, location that's what its all about first.
2. running it in your basement (trust me i would never go into someones basement for my salon needs, it's just not cool, you will find that not many will, they r more for the down town salon.
3.while owning your home and creating an attachment seems like a great idea remember what i said in # 1 location,location,location..if your on a buisy intersection in a nice area of town...go for it

while you're helpful sufficient I defiantly think of which you're able to do it at abode. that could be a lot greater reasonably-priced. once you flow to the salon you're observing approximately 70 or 80 greenbacks perhaps greater counting on the dimensions. you need to purchase a container of hair dye for greater or less 8 greenbacks. Loreal is nice yet so is organic Essence. basically make sure in case you do it at abode which you employ the conditioner featuring it. That stuff is surprising and it will shop your hair from turning out to be dry and brittle. have faith me I even have dyed my hair 1000000000 circumstances I even have in basic terms had it professionally carried out as quickly as and it develop into basically the comparable as me doing it myself. So in case you apprehensive approximately doing it your self the 1st time get somebody that should assist you given which you save funds interior the long-term! wish that helps!

Owing a house is like money in the bank....be careful of an attachment and what it might do to the value of your house. At least get the house!
