I need to buy some tampons. Why kind do you suggest? Do I need to get the kind with wings, or just regular?

most comfortable tampons are tampax pearl
I hate thick pads
I just wear an ultrathin with a tampon
you have to wear a pad at night
you can get TSS if you leave a tampon in too long

Like most sensible people told you tampons do not have wings, pads have wings. Myself personally I love Stayfree long maxi pads, I'm not a tampon fan at all unless I really want to go swimming and I have my period at the same time.

tampons don't have wings...pads do. If you're talking about pads, I think that the wings are great because they help hold the pad in place, even through work and exercise. As far as tampons, it really depends on what feels right.
