you dont. you take the laces and put them in the shoe. it feels weird at first but you get used to it

You aren't even really supposed to tie stater shoes just The ends of the laces so they wont come all the way out of the shoe and you tie them so there not crossed like a tennis shoe

like kinda straight lace them, but like cross them too!!!! dont lace them all the way to the top. then tuck the laces in your shoes!!!!
