try putting mousse in it after you get out of the shower, then let it dry naturally. Put a little pressure on the ends when you slide the flat iron over them, but dont hold it too long, or else it will burn, and youll have heat damange.

You could spray it first with hairspray. Also on most people it doenst look good if its totally straight, so the roundness at the bottom may look ok. Also you can get a new better straightner if you think that mite be whats causing it. Good Luck

hmmm. you are probably turning your hand slightly inward while you straighten it. i used to have the same problem and i told my friend and one day when she was over she noticed my hand turning inward. it usualy is much but it can make a HUGE difference. pay close attention to how you are holding your hand and move quickley. if you do it will matter less about where your hands are. you could also try washing your hair with a straightening shampoo those help keep your hair straight throughout the day. good luck!!

dont worry girl, my hair is the same way.. i have very thick hair so thats part of it also.. You can try hairspray or mousse and that might help.. (Personally.. stick straight hair isnt really that much in anymore and isn't that flattering) in my opinion.. Hair always looks better with alittle more wave and volume so if i were you , i would be glad to have locks that wave in.. Some people dont have one wave in there hair and have stick straight and want opposite!

Use a good straightening balm before blowdrying then straighten. If it still happens try spritzing with a memory-styler gel spray and straighten again. Remember to always use heat protection products before straightening
