I think Miss USA go to Miss Universe pagent.
And Miss America can't be in Miss Universe pagent.

The main difference is that Donald Trump's Miss USA pageant does not include a talent portion, whereas the Miss America pageant does. There are other differences too, I'm sure, but I think that's the biggest one.
